Welcoming you by the company’s representatives at Tbilisi International Airport and then take the car and go to the hotel to pick up the rooms.
After breakfast in the hotel, begins your enchanting trip through beautiful Georgia. On the first day of the trip, you drive towards Kakheti, known as the wine region. First, visit Tsinandali.
Here is the museum of the great Georgian prince and writer, Aleksandre Chavchavadze, with a wonderful garden and wine cellar. Here you can also try some of the wines in his own winery. Then it continues towards Gremi and Nekresi monasteries. The next town on your trip is Kvareli. Here you will spend the night and the next morning you will go on a jaunt again. Overnight in Kvareli
After breakfast at the hotel in Kvareli, you will enjoy a small city tour and afterwards visit wine cellars of the name “Gvirabi” – tunnel. This unique wine cellar stands in the tunnel, which is cut in real rock massifs of the Caucasian mountain range. The length of this construction is 7.7 km. You can go in for 1.2 km and visit as well as taste red and white wines. Then continue to Sighnaghi town. It is a small beautiful city, also called “City of Love”. Overnight in Tbilisi
After breakfast at the hotel, a breathtaking trip awaits you in the magnificent Caucasus Mountains and begins with the largest dam in eastern Georgia. Next, we will visit Ananuri Castle, which is one of the best monuments in late feudal Georgia. Although there are few monuments like this on the territory of the country, it is Ananuri who helps to clearly understand how people lived in that distant time.
Unlike other similar structures, the Anuranic structures are well preserved. This special feature arouses interest in the castle of tourists and historians alike, and since 2012, this castle has occupied the status of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
here you can also see and buy various handmade objects (poetry, embroidery). After the castle, you will have the option of having lunch at the restaurant of Pasanauri.
After lunch, you will head to Gudauri, a ski resort located on a south-facing plateau of the Greater Caucasus Mountains. Discover the Treaty of Georgievsk Monument, built-in 1983 to celebrate the bicentennial of the Treaty of Georgievsk and ongoing friendship between Georgia and Russia. Inside the monument is a large tile mural that spans the whole circumference of the structure and depicts scenes from Georgian history. Then to the city of Kazbegi and drive through the beautiful valleys and forests to the Church of Gergeti Trinity, which is located at an altitude of more than 2,170 meters.
If Weather permitting, you can flag one of the most legendary glaciers in the Caucasus-Kaspeg region (5,047 meters) and in the evening we will head back to the capital city Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Uplistsikhe. Uplistsikhe is a fortress and cave city. It is located near the town of Gori, was founded in the Bronze Age and was populated by people from the 16th century BC. It is one of the earliest settlements in the world. The next destination is Gori. the homeland of Stalin, to visit Stalin’s house, museum and train wagon. At the Stalin museum, learn about the life of Stalin at the exhibit which includes unique photos, gifts, and furniture. After the museum, we will head back to the Kutaisi. Overnight in Kutaisi.
After breakfast in the hotel, the city tour through Kutaisi begins. Kutaisi is located in the west and is the second-largest city in Georgia. The ancient city has a lot of interesting history, but the story of the Golden Fleece is particularly important. How Greeks from Georgia stole golden fleece with the help of Medea. Here you also have the opportunity to visit Bagrati Cathedral and Gelati Monastery. Both churches belong to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then visit nearby Prometheus Cave City. Then drive to Martvili Canyon, where the area offers interesting opportunities. You can row here on the Abasha River by boat and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain river gorge. After breakfast in the hotel, start with the capital Tbilisi. Here
